  • Pre-Event Consultation to tailor your menu and timeline to perfection

  • Complete Setup & Breakdown of all grilling stations and dining areas

  • All Grilling Equipment Provided (grills, wood/charcoal, and utensils)

  • On-site Asador & Chef Team to prepare, grill, and serve throughout your event

Additional Guests: $350 per person

  • For events with more than 20 guests, you may add additional guest at a rate of $350 per person.

  • Children 6-10 years old - $50

  • Children under 6 years old - $0

To create the perfect setup, we kindly ask that clients provide the following:

  • Cups, glasses, and table décor

  • Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages

  • Out-of-State Travel Fees & Overnight Accommodations TBD based on event Location

Holiday Surcharge Policy

Please note that events scheduled on or around major holidays are subject to an additional fee due to increased staffing costs, limited vendor availability, and the high demand for holiday bookings. This surcharge helps us ensure the same level of exceptional service, attention to detail, and quality you expect from the Ultimate Asado Experience—without compromise.

Holiday surcharges range from 10–25% of the total event invoice depending on the date and complexity. Examples include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day. Exact pricing will be provided at the time of inquiry.
