The Ultimate Asado Experience delivers an authentic Argentine-style BBQ, perfect for weddings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, and private parties. The base package includes everything needed to provide an unforgettable Asado experience for up to 20 guests.

What’s Included:

  • On-site Asador and chef team to prepare and cook throughout the event

  • Customized 4-5-foot serving boards for a family-style dining experience

  • Selection of Appetizers

  • Variety of meats (beef ribs, chorizo, morcilla, vacio, and more)

  • Selection of seafood (shrimp, scallops, lobster, fish) *Add-On based on availability & Market Price

  • Assorted grilled vegetables and side dishes

  • Traditional Argentine Chimichurri and sauces

  • Freshly baked breads and authentic accompaniments

  • Selection of authentic argentine desserts

  • Table setup including placemats, plates, silverware, traditional argentine forks & steak knives, and napkins

  • Set up and breakdown of grilling stations and dining area

  • All grilling equipment (grills, wood/charcoal, and utensils)

  • Professional service staff to assist with the meal experience

  • One-on-one consultation to customize your menu and event timeline

  • Travel within a 50-mile radius (additional travel fees may apply for further distances)

Additional Guests: $350 per person

  • For events with more than 20 guests, you may add additional people at a rate of $350 per person.

  • Children 6-10 years old - $50

  • Children under 6 years old - $0

Client Responsibilities:

  • Tables, chairs, tablecloths

  • Cups, glasses, and table décor

  • Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages

  • Out-of-State Travel Fees & Overnight Accommodations TBD based on event Location

  • Extended service hours beyond the typical 4-hour experience

Holiday Surcharge Policy

Please note that events scheduled on or around major holidays are subject to an additional fee due to increased staffing costs, limited vendor availability, and the high demand for holiday bookings. This surcharge helps us ensure the same level of exceptional service, attention to detail, and quality you expect from the Ultimate Asado Experience—without compromise.

Holiday surcharges range from 10–25% of the total event invoice depending on the date and complexity. Examples include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day. Exact pricing will be provided at the time of inquiry.
